20 "Decentralized Justice: Putting Condorcet's jury theorem to work". : "We consider the old problem of jury decision aggregation in a modern Internet technology framework. The rapid expansion of blockchain paradigm gives rise to a new challenge of a creating a model of decentralized arbitration, which will allow for fast and cheap resolution of conflicts ranging from ordinary Internet shopping fraud to hard questions of how exactly a complex smart contract should be implemented.
